Can I customize my order?
We cannot accept any customizations to our delivery/pick-up menu. If you are interested in full-service catering please contact our office at info@laurencecraigcatering.com.
when do I pick-up my box or when will my box be delivered?
Easter pick-up orders must be picked up from our commissary on Saturday, March 30th between 10 am - 4 pm EST located at the below address. Please enter through the door on Springfield Avenue and have the last name on your order form ready.

Easter delivery orders will be delivered on Saturday March 30th between 10 am - 4 pm EST. At this time we cannot give an exact delivery window within that timeframe.
Do you deliver to me?
We deliver to addresses in NY, CT, and NJ within 60 miles of our Maplewood, NJ commissary. If you think our order form is mistakenly showing an error message please or for any questions about our delivery radius contact our office at info@laurencecraigcatering.com.
Can you accomodate dietary restrictions?
We separate all nut and dairy items where applicable. At this time we can only accommodate nut allergies when noted on your order form, our kitchen will avoid all cross-contamination and remove all nuts from your order.
Who DO I CONTACT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

HOW Will I know how to prepare my order?

Please keep in mind all ovens are different. It is better to err on a shorter cooking time and then heat additionally as needed. If you are using a microwave to heat any items make sure to frequently rotate and stir if applicable. It is best to cover anything put in the microwave with plastic wrap to keep moisture in. Any items put in a conventional oven should be covered with foil unless otherwise noted.
