About us
While working as a chef in hotels and catering facilities, Larry became dissatisfied with the lack of creativity involved in event catering. In 1996 he founded Laurence Craig Catering working out of his NYC apartment to offer clients a premier, tailored catering experience.
Larry credits his success to his meticulous attention to detail and dedication to uncompromising quality. Since then, the business has quickly established itself as a trusted top-tier vendor for many luxury brands, and corporate, non-profit, and private clients.
